Hello again, it’s that time of week! This week has been busy and quick paced as usual and as always, we have pushed to ensure that we have answered all queries, phone calls and emails to the best of our ability. The main member query of last week was concerning ‘Love Alerts’. By registering for Love Alerts, you’re informed instantly via text message whenever someone sends you a private message, wink, gift or adds you as a favourite.

This is a great system for members who do not have access to the Internet during the day as it enables them to keep up to date with their accounts and keep an eye out for who’s taken an interest in them.

To use Love Alerts, the member must register their mobile on the site by going to ‘My Account and then ‘Mobile’. You must also purchase credits, to do this you need to go to ;My Account’ and then ‘Credits’. Love Alerts are charged at 1 credit per Love Alert. In recent times, we have seen a steady increase in the number of members using this facility, suggesting the use of mobile is ever increasing.
